Redgum Medical Group currently has an opportunity available for a highly motivated individual to undertake a full time Business Administration (Medical) Traineeship as a Medical Receptionist working across our 4 locations (Corowa, Rutherglen, Howlong and our Corowa Skin Clinic), learning the day-to-day operations.

About the Role
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Assist with a range of administrative tasks including filing, faxing, emails, scanning and data entry
  • First point of contact for phone enquiries, appointment making, billing and reception
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Banking and end of day reconciliation
  • Maintaining office practice presentation
  • Other duties as directed

 About You
